“From B-movie horror influences to the poetic writings of Edgar Allan Poe, the band create a mystical sound of personal stories and the descent into a broken psyche.”

Having also performed live at festivals such as Altitude Fest based in Bristol and Creepy Crawlers Fest, a festival set in Leicester, the band sure know how to entertain their listeners!
Forming in 2021, the band has developed over the years now focusing on a bringing a “nostalgic feel to the scene”. From B-movie horror influences to the poetic writings of Edgar Allan Poe, the band create a mystical sound of personal stories and the descent into a broken psyche.
“…a journey of powerful vocal and fast paced instrumentals...”
With the release of their latest single, ‘Loosing Teeth’, in late June, and being no stranger to the public eye, Witch Hook are cemented into the alt scene here in Bristol.
The two minute track, reminiscent of 90s grunge, hook the listeners attention within seconds and send us on a journey of powerful vocal and fast paced instrumentals, that truly reflect their post-punk and gothic blended roots.
We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Witch Hook in 2025!
The single is available to stream on Spotify alongside past releases such as ‘Mr Formaldehyde’ and ‘Are You My Grim Reaper?’, previously released in 2024.
